PARTICIPANTS

Craighton Berman is an industrial designer, illustrator, and creative director based in Chicago. Agnostic of disciplines, mediums, and industries, his work focuses on visual-thinking, object-making, and storytelling—all linked by a desire to bring shape to new ideas. Craighton has design work in the permanent collection of the Art Institute of Chicago, and has contributed illustration work to Dwell, Details, and Wired. Previously, Craighton was a lead designer with the innovation agency gravitytank, where he worked to define strategic visions for future products, services, and experiences for a wide array of large companies. He has also taught at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
