Elizabeth Pastor
HumantificElizabeth Pastor is Co-founder of Humantific, a leading SenseMaking and ChangeMaking consultancy in New York. She is an internationally recognized innovation leader, designer, facilitator, and educator with a unique expertise combining Visual SenseMaking and Strategic Co-Creation. Her passion lies in helping people learn, understand and make sense of complex situations in new and inclusive ways. Elizabeth’s recent social sector work includes projects for Measure of America, Markets For Good (A Hewlett Foundation, Gates Foundation and Liquidnet for Good Initiative), Ford Foundation, Heron Foundation, and Guidestar, among others.
Elizabeth holds a Masters Degree from Art Center College of Design in California, where she focused on the power of information design to enhance the learning process. She speaks frequently at international conferences and is on the graduate faculty of the Istituto Europeo di Design (IED) and ICADE’s Executive MBA program in Madrid, where she teaches both Strategic CoCreation and Visual SenseMaking.
A native of Madrid, Elizabeth lives in New York City.
